Are there any significant differences between the 2 IWC Portugieser discontinued models below?? IW371445: (pic below of black strap) IW371401: (pic below of brown strap) IW371401 has a tang buckle vs folding clasp on IW371445, and the IW371401's case is 0.1 mm larger. Are there any other differences
